Overhead Analytics reports are estimates made from public aerial imagery and LiDAR of the dates stated in each report, without a site visit. They are not a survey, engineering, structural, code or condition analysis and must not be used to order materials without field verification. Items marked Estimate rest on stated assumptions; items marked Exclude / Verify on site could not be determined. Membrane type, number of layers, insulation, moisture and deck condition can't be determined from aerial data.
Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe. After payment we check the public LiDAR and aerial coverage for the property before any work starts. Work starts once payment is received and coverage is confirmed. Delivery times are business days from payment and are targets, not guarantees. Rush orders are accepted only when capacity allows.
Where imagery and LiDAR are clear, our target for total roof area is within about ±3%. If a field-verified measurement differs from the report by more than the tolerance stated in the report, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will revise the report for free or refund its price. If the public LiDAR or aerial data can't support an accurate report, we refund 100% of what you paid within 1 business day of your order, and tell you why. Otherwise reports are non-refundable once delivered.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any report is limited to the price paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost bids, material over- or under-orders, or labor costs.
You may use reports for your own estimating, bidding, planning and client presentations. Reports credit their public data sources, and those credits must stay in place. Street-level photos in reports come from Mapillary (© Mapillary contributors) and are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, not under these terms; if you reuse a photo, keep its credit line and license. The rest of the report is ours and is licensed to you for the uses above.
We collect the information you enter in the order form (name, company, email, phone, property address and notes) only to quote, produce and deliver your report and to contact you about it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We don't sell your information. To have your information deleted, email us.
Photos. Photos and photo links you send with an order are optional. We use them only to prepare your report; we never publish or share them, and we may delete them after the report is delivered. Please don't upload photos that show people's faces.
